Hello all, Sorry for the lack of posts lately, I've been keeping my head down with the graphic novel, which seems to be coming along nicely. Here's a few pics at various stages of production.

A few weeks ago I got a great book in the post, Gary Spencer Millidge's COMIC BOOK DESIGN, published by Ilex Press. I was lucky enough to get a comp copy because Gary used my WHITECHAPEL FREAK cover inside (to highlight the use of newsprint format, and the fact it was ideally suited to the subject matter). Just flicking through the book makes me realise all over again just why I love this medium so much. All the greats are in here, from Jack Kirby, Steranko, Dave Sim, Chris Ware, Frank Miller and many great examples of design and illustration, all aspects of the creation a page dissected and studied. If you like comics, you'll love this book (cheesy grin and end of plug here).
